He gets grumpy and rants, and pushes the boundaries of appropriate conduct for the director of a Mindfulness Therapy clinic. However, he is careful not to mention anyone by name, so as not to get sued.

Specifically, ACT rejects the notion that one must crush, correct, or otherwise get rid of the fear-based mind. Rather, ACT suggests that we can “make room” for the fear-based mind, living in harmony with it, while tuning into our values.
