Nature is good for you!

According to a recent article by BBC News, “Just five minutes of exercise in a “green space” such as a park can boost mental health, researchers claim.” This got me thinking about the power of doing walking mediation at your favorite local park. Combine exercise, fresh air, natural beauty, and mindfulness! It’s a winning combination for body and mind.
