Portland Mindfulness Therapy offers a free, ongoing mindfulness meditation class for caregivers. This class is open to anyone who is a parent, teacher, health care professional, or anyone who works for a public service or non-profit organization.

Every Wednesday 6:30 pm – 7:45pm.
* Develop and strengthen self-care and coping skills through practicing mindfulness meditation.
* Learn skills to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and enhance emotional wellness.
* Each class includes instruction on mindfulness techniques, experiential exercises, and discussion on using mindfulness meditation as a self-care practice.
