Mindfulness, Coffee, or Both….

Research shows how brief meditation training improves cognitive skills. “Some of us need regular amounts of coffee or other chemical enhancers to make us cognitively sharper. A newly published study suggests perhaps a brief bit of meditation would prepare us just as well.”

Personally, I think its OK to enjoy a bit of coffee every once in a while, but its great to know that mindfulness offers another way to perk up and focus, caffeine-free!
