Pain: it’s in your head, AND your body.

New research confirms that pain “hurts” much more in the presence of a low mood.  That’s good news for those who practice mindfulness, since mindfulness practice can change your mood regardless of what is happening objectively.  Check out the article to see why pain hurts.
