“An Introduction to Mindfulness.”
This experiential workshop is designed for anyone interested in learning practical meditation skills to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and enhance emotional wellness.

4 Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm – 8:00pm
$125 for the series
or register early for $100 before September 22nd
$35 for an individual class.
