Portland Mindfulness Therapy is proud to announce the return of our popular workshop,
“An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation”
This workshop is designed for anyone interested in learning practical meditation skills to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and enhance emotional wellness.
It is taught in 4 experiential parts:
Part 1 – (Oct 27) Mindfulness and Stress
Part 2 – (Nov 3) Mindfulness for the Body
Part 3 – (Nov 10) Come Back to Your Senses
Part 4 – (Nov 17) Mindfulness in the World
And is led by Laura Martin, LCSW, who has 10 years’ experience in mental health services, is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and is a longtime meditator in the Zen tradition.
Join us for 4 Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm – 8:00pm, beginning October 27th.
$125 for the series ($99 if you register before October 27th)
$35 for an individual class
