Preparing for the Holidays

The holidays are a time of so much “do,” it can be easy to forget to make time to “be.” Setting aside time for self-care and mindfulness practice is a primary tool for coping with the many unique stressors this time of year brings. Additionally, it can be helpful to anticipate and prepare for some of the most commonly encountered stressors.
