There is still an opportunity to take this class. We are running a second one this spring:
May 11 – June 1, each Wednesday evening from 6:30 – 8pm.
The class is $125, or $35 individually. If you register (prepay) before May 10th, you can receive the early bird discount of $99 for the class.
Many people who have had this “taste of a sample,” as I like to call it, go on to take our 8-week class, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), an evidence-based course which includes 4 CDs for home practice, a one-day retreat, and a practice manual. MBSR starts on June 29th, and will be Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30.
If you’re interested, you can always come to one of two FREE Orientation sessions (required for admission into MBSR): These will be June 15th or June 22nd, both are Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:30. MBSR is $35o, with a similar early bird registration discount of $300.
