Meditation Class in Portland: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction begins June 29th!  This 8-week course can change your life.  The class is held on Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Portland Mindfulness Therapy, 522 SW 5th Ave, 14th floor conference room of the historic Yeon building in downtown Portland.  A full-day meditation retreat caps the class off in August.
