Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 
The 8-week class originated by Jon Kabat-Zinn, supported by 30 years of research.  This is a powerful adjunct to therapy or medical treatment, and has proven beneficial for chronic pain, various health conditions, and simply “living the full catastrophe.”   The challenging and life-affirming MBSR course is held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at our Portland practice.

Classes run from June20th to August 15th (skipping July 4th)
Our Day-long Retreat (open to MBSR graduates) is Saturday August 4th from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Previous MBSR Graduates welcome to retreat.

Mindfulness Refresher Class
By popular demand, a regular opportunity to come practice the tools of mindfulness.  Here is a regular monthly evening for you to drop in for a re-minder.  This is a wonderful way to support an ongoing (but maybe flagging) home practice.  Of course, we are all beginners, so everyone is welcome.
Third Thursdays each month, 6:30 – 8pm

Intro to Mindfulness Meditation A and B Classes  
These are four-week classes that can be taken separately or as a series.  Perfect for absolute beginners, or a wonderful refresher, even if you have a longstanding mindfulness meditation practice.  We will explore many tools of mindfulness.

Intro to Mindfulness Meditation A:  Tuesdays 6:30 – 8pm June 19th – July 10th
Intro to Mindfulness Meditation B: Tuesdays 6:30 – 8pm July 24th – August 14th
$100 early bird registration, $125 day of class

Fall MBSR Class

Earlybird registration through 5 p.m. September 12th: $300,

Classes runs from September 19th to November 7th
