From Dread to Joy: Self-Compassion in the Holiday Season is is a three-class Series on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 – 8:00pm. It begins November 28th; subsequent classes are December 5th and 12th. The class is taught by Laura Martin, LCSW, a veteran mindfulness instructor and psychotherapist.
